Did my AI haiku describe me?

The wonderful people at The Upside used AI to create a haiku about me, based on my professional bio. While I’m grateful as always for their support, I almost didn’t post it. But it’s just too good an opportunity to pass up!

Feels like it hit some of the right marks — science, tech, change! — but didn’t achieve the essence of a compelling haiku: conveying the feeling of the thing in a sort of “aha” moment.

Which isn’t that surprising. The AI knew my background, but not what’s in my head. I leverage learning science and tech to create transformative experiences, but… what does that FEEL like?

Here’s my attempt. Which do you prefer?

The best learning grows
From seeds of proven science,
And blooms into change.
